Compassionate Accompaniment CAT sessions are trauma-informed somatic healing practices, counseling and coaching in one-on-one or small group sessions either online or in-person.
Honouring and trusting the wisdom of the body, I share in the sessions methods such as Compassionate Inquiry by Dr. Gábor Máté, Somatic Experiencing, Movement-Dance and Art Therapy, Trauma Informed Marshall Arts and Yoga Therapy, Tension and Trauma Release Exercises, Movement & Massage Therapy as well as Mindfulness Practices, Breath-work and Meditation from the source of Buddhistic Philosophy and Psychology.
Compassionate Accompaniment CAT sessions offer a place of heart to heart connection, to engage with trust and safety in the practice of the art of compassion, transformation and healing, restoring the natural state of our being - of wholeness, peace and genuine happiness, experiencing inter-connectedness.
